      Our driver Saud was right there as close as he could get to our disembarkation, holding up my name on his phone, and helping us with our luggage to the very cool and comfortable car. He made sure we got to the correct terminal, as Delta was at two different terminals. He was very polite, friendly and efficient. I am happy I used your service.

      Driver was one hour late

      We usually have great experiences booking Viator transfers. Unfortunately, this wasnt one of them. A no-show at the airport, i called to confirm and they finally found our reservation. They did eventually come, but an hour later.

      My three travel companions and I were waiting for the car to take us to NCE from near the Palais in Cannes. After 10 minutes, I texted, but there was no response. I called after waiting another five minutes, and the person that answered thought that the transfer was for the following day. He was able to get us a driver that arrived ten minutes after that phone call-- 25 minutes late. He sped all the way to the airport. Fortunately, we did not miss our flight.

      We booked a ride with Viator from Nice airport to Cannes well in advance, indicating our arrival time and our flight details, requesting a meet and greet at the arrival terminal. Our flight time was pushed by one hour and we faced another hour of delay on departure; we had reached out to Viator and advised about the flight time change. We expected them, knowing our flight details, to track it down and have the driver waiting for us on arrival. Instead, when we reached, the driver was not there and when we called him he said we waited long enough now you manage and take a taxi from the airport. Great service!!!

      Hello Yes Viator was call us to change the time pick up after one hour, we was going to take you after one, and you flight was delayed 2 hours , we was going after 2 hours, and then after 5 hours, at this day they have a problem with tracking flight, we can not tracking, you was arrival after 9 hours delay, at 01:30 am, am sorry we r flexible, but we have another client, every time we change the organisation’s, It complicated some situations, I hope you understand Thank best regard

      The driver was very rude. After the payment was submitted he wanted to dictate to me what time he would arrive and bring me to the airport. Upon arrival he did not want to load my bags. He continued to hurry me as I brought my luggage from downstairs to his car. In all- poor customer service speak volumes for a company providing services to individuals or groups.

      Hello You was doing a reservation from Viator, you r not mention the place and times to pick up, it me many time I was asking you please give me the location to pick up and the time, 4 hours before you departure you was sent me location pick up and not time, and 2 hours before departure you was sent me time, am sorry we have another passages also, I was coming 3:00 am, i was sent you a message you was not reply me, am waiting you 30 minutes, you was not coming, I call you many times not responding, after 1 hours you was coming at 4:15 hr, you have to thank me it me I was walk up you, you was doing party and you can come, you un responsable you r not respect people working, Thank Best regards
