Pickup Details

Clients are met at the pickup location and transported to their destination. * We will attempt to reach you upon arrival via your provided contact information, ie text, phone, or email. * If you are entering Banff National Park, there is an entry fee of $8.40 fee per person at the gate just after the City of Canmore highway exits. * Calgary Airport Authority charges an Arrival Ground Transportation fee based on vehicle type ie. Sedan or SUV, this fee is not included in this trip price. * Airport Pickup Notes: We will meet the clients for International Arrivals at Meeting Place D (Just outside the exit doors from customs, near the counter, or exit of the walkway.), and for Domestic Arrivals, at or near the Luggage Corral for your flight. Your driver will be holding a sign with your name on it and may text or phone you with his/her contact information.
