Was told to attend another hotel some distance away rather than pick up at our hotel. Waited over 45 mins past the indicated pick up time. No apologies from your guide for the delay. Tour did not start for a further 45 mins while picking up others. Left hotel at noon and by 4 pm had seen only 2 sights (flower & cemetery). 30 mins stop at cafe for coffee - inappropriate given how little we had seen. Poor quality - Discovered mould on cake after eating half. There was then an unscheduled half an hour wait on the bus while tour guide took people to exchange money with some street vendor. Went to cathedral & square. Very short visit and very little discernible commentary. Was a waste of time and money. Was dropped at a stop we were told was near our hotel but was in fact further than hotel we had to walk to to pick up the tour. Felt scammed and angry 😡

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We pick up and drop off at the same hotel in downtown and we do not use buses for the small group city tour, just vans. Are you sure you took this tour with us? Could you please tell us your booking reference # and name? This is really unusual, even the starting time does not match with the schedule of our tour.

Our tour guide, Gail, was amazing! She told us a lot about the history of each place we went to and was always happy to answer questions. Pick-up was easy and she was willing to drop us off either at Puerto Madero or our pick-up location at the end of the tour. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit while we were in Buenos Aires. Overall great tour for the amount we paid and tour guide was amazing! Definitely recommend.
