We were picked up on time at EZE airport by a driver. However we were taken to her private, extremely small and unkept car. The air conditioner kept stopping and we struggled to get our luggage into car. Extremely unhappy with car sent. Driver pleasant and got to hotel safely.

As previously arranged, I saw my driver waiting for me as soon as I left customs, in front of McDonalds with my name on a card. He was very friendly, polite and helpful, and when I told him I was unable to get pesos at the airport, he told me my hotel should be able to change my money, which they did no problem. Thank you!

A pleasant enough man who was waiting patiently for us after customs. I don’t know how long he waited as we were one hour coming through immigration. The car was clean. However, he did not have an empty boot/trunk and one of our cases had to sit on the front seat. Had we taken another case, which was a possibility there would not have been room. .

I was willing to pay twice the cost of a cab to have an English speaking driver waiting for us after a very long travel day. Unfortunately he was late. Nice driver. Good conversation. But we had to wait nearly a half hour uncertain about what to do. Viator wasn’t worth the extra money for us.

Driver was waiting for us just with a sign. Felt very safe with him, even though he had to drive through an accident and rush hour traffic into the city center. Didn't really speak much English, though. But, we managed to communicate well enough, especially as he had all the info he needed to get us to the hotel.
