As I was the only person booked on this tour it ended up as a private tour! The format was a little different from usual food tours because we did the walking tour first, not walking between different food/drink tastings at several locations. The good thing was that my guide was happy to tailor the tour to omit places that I'd already seen, and show me areas/sights slightly off the usual tourist routes. The tour ended at a small restaurant where there was a platter of cold cuts/cheese/pickles with a glass of wine, which was good quality and plenty of it. Unfortunately my guide had to leave for another tour, so I ended up eating alone. An enjoyable experience overall.
