Took a 6-hour tour to Potsdam from Berlin (including hotel pick up and drop off by public transportation and walking with the guide). Went on a Monday and hence the Palace in Potsdam was closed. Would have been nice if I was informed of this in advance. Nonetheless, it was still an enjoyable trip with lots to see. Loved walking through the X'mas Market as well. Potsdam is a must visit since it is so close to Berlin.

Potsdam, just a short train ride (25 minutes) outside of the city is a wonderful contrast to Berlin. Quaint, picturesque, slower paced, the charm of Potsdam will take hold moments after arriving. As part of the City Tour, we strolled through the grounds of Schloss Sanssouci Palace, the Orrangeieschloss & Neues Palace before ending up in the old part of the city of Potsdam which is filled with shops and wonderful restaurants. Sara, our guide for this adventure was marvelous. Her conversational guiding style was so welcoming and she patiently answered all of our questions (we had many!) This is a small tour. We were three total including Sara. Give it a shot, you will not be disappointed.

Tour Guide Ms. Sara was very nice and knowledgeable. She picked us from our hotel, We enjoyed train ride to Potsdam city. Amazing palaces and beautiful gardens. I am glad I took this trip. I felt like having a tour with friend. Thank you Sara for making our trip enjoyable. For people visiting Berlin, I'd recommend not to miss Potsdam, awesome city.

El valor de la excusin es astronomicamente caro para ella . esto es un walking tour de 4 horas , sin entrar a ningun lugar y la guia solo gasto 7 euros en trasporte de tren .La guia fue muy amable y servicial , el problema es el costo . Yo crei que al recogerme en el hotel , era que nos llevarian a Posrdam y no que era caminar hasta la estacion de tren, lloviendo y con un fri terrible.

Please note we have mentioned clearly in our tour contain in VIATOR that this is a walking tour and not included hotel pick up and drop off by vehicle. Also have mentioned that the transfer to Potsdam will be by train. Regarding the price we believe that you are getting best price as the local tour guide in Berlin normally charging a 50 EUR per hour for private walking tour which is in total 300 EUR.
