Our tour was very memorable due to our guide Omar. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very personable. He shared a lot of history that we were not familiar with. Everyone should go on this tour, the information that we received is priceless.

Omar was excellent tour guide, he was very informative and funny. He provide snacks and water which was very kind and gave a small gift at the end. I learned so much about Atlanta and how black history, history in general as it pertains to Atlanta. I definitely recommend it if you are new here. He takes you places you would not find on your own.

This tour is a MUST if visiting ATL! I took my 12 year old to ATL for her spring break and we both enjoyed the tour so much. Omar was outstanding! He was so knowledgeable and knew ALL the spots to hit. I knew ATL was so rich in history, but not to this extent! I have friends that grew up in ATL and has no idea that Michael Holley (black man) started the first black owned airline, Air Atlanta, there in the mid 80s. There so many of my favorite movies (Black Panther, Ride Along, Avengers, Daddys girls) that were filmed there and Omar stops at the perfect angles and showed snapshots of the movies on screen so you can actual see what he’s saying is true. No fault to Omar, but due to COVID, we weren’t able to get on the grounds of the Tyler Perry Studios but what a massive compound! All in all, this tour hands down was the best tour I’ve EVER been on and well worth the money!

We had Omar as our tour guide and he was excellent and very knowledgeable about the history of the area. His driving skills were great as well. He speaks intelligently and well spoken. He made this trip exciting and for that reason I would happily take this tour again. Thanks so much Omar for such a great time.

The most memorable parts of the tour were MLK monument, the house of MLK, the Hbcu colleges, Tyler Perry studios, the art and history of African Americans in Atlanta. The culture of African Americans in Atlanta. The tour guide or our Ambassador, Omar, is the best in the business!! He knew everything there is to know concerning civil rights and black history of Atlanta!! He took special care of us, and allowed those special moments throughout the tour to take in and absorbed the impact of what was significant of that time!! Very moving!! If want to learn anything about civil rights or black history; get with Omar, and take this tour!!
