Poor but cheap

The monuments and ruins of the ancient temples and the stadium were great, but other than that - nothing really. We only stopped for few minutes in Delphi and Arachova, but one can't do much in 15-20 minutes. Would've been great if the stop was for an hour or so.

Only problem was the app did not work very well. Almost everyone stopped using it as a result . The guide was excellent. I think her name was Demeter.

The tour guide Helen was knowledgeable about the subject and listening to her explain the area in English and French at the same time was impressive.

A basic day tour

This driver and guide were very friendly. The guiding however was dull to be honest - some basic history and a few stories. We spent about 2 hours at the Delphi site and museum.

Dear Esme, We are thanking you for your review and we are sorry that we didn't met your expectations. We want to assure you that all our guides are archaelogists and very experienced and always try their best. As for the timing we cheched with bus GPS and we found out that you arrived at 11:50 and depart at 14:40 so the group was more than 2 hours and half in the area before lunch time. Thank you, Hara

This was such a great day trip. The ruins at Delphi are comprehensive and wonderfully exemplify Ancinet Greek history and mythology. Great tour guide Stephanie answered all our questions and was fun to talk to. Lunch at Hotel Amalia was incredible! Would definitely recommend.

The trip was very memorable from the bus excursion to the UNESCO site at Delphi and the museum. The guide was terrific and very knowledgeable.
Not great, but not horrible.
, Oct 2021
Not a horrible experience, but there were a few things that detracted from the trip: (1) The bus was quite cramped. My seat had less legroom than the economy class flight that I took to Athens, and required me to sit sideways for the entire 5 hours we were on the bus. (2) The bus was driven quite aggressively--passing other cars illegally, tailgating, and seeming to drive in excess of the speed limit. As a bonus, the bus driver wore his mask under his nose the entire trip, which is just as bad as not wearing a mask at all. (3) Despite being advertised as an English tour, the entire tour was given in both English and French. This meant that we had to hear everything twice. It also meant that when walking around Delphi the tour either took twice as long (meaning that we saw less) or gave us half the information. (4) The ordering and timing of stops was poorly thought out. We were given only 40 minutes at a the museum, when easily double that time was necessary to see everything. The museum probably should have been before the archeological site to give better context for our visit. We had a 20 minute stop in a ski village that really only gave us time to shop at some tourist trap. All in all, not a horrible tour, but one that I probably wouldn't have done knowing what I do now.
