11:30 AM
This activity will end right where it started.
Find your way to Oranjestad's the De Palm Pier in time for the tour's 11:30am departure.

Board a transfer boat bound for the Seaworld Explorer, waiting for your group near Aruba's Arashi Reef. Once you climb into the semi-sub, descend into the glassed-in viewing space, submerged just under the surface of the water. Your captain will navigate around the teeming reef, providing commentary about the underwater world. A marine expert is on hand to answer any questions.

Move on to the Antilla, a 423-foot (128 meter) German freighter destroyed during World War II. Now only partially submerged in about 60 feet (20 meters) of water, it is a popular place for both underwater animals and bird life.

Return to shore after 90 minutes.

Highly recommend this experience for young kids. Fun to spot the fish and sea turtles. For adults, the shipwreck was great to see in detail.

If you get sea sick or motion suck I would not recommend this excursion. The sub was ok but rocked A LOT at the bottom. We had to go up on deck. The positive was we did see a sea turtle which was awesome!

Definitely not worth it!

Don’t waste your time and money. Pay to scuba dive instead. Once in the submarine you can barely see any fish or coral. They give you a few minutes at the shipwreck. Also passengers on board are uncontrollably loud on top of not seeing anything from what is advertised.

Getting to see a sea turtle was amazing. The sunken ship and the reef was beautiful to see. Loved the excursion.

Not worth the time or money

Instructions said to get to the waiting point half an hour prior to departure. The boat was a few minutes late so we ended up waiting for almost 40 minutes in the Sun. When we showed our tickets from Viator we were told they did not accept them by Myra. She instructed us to go to the gift shop. When we went to the gift shop they said third party bookings sites never give the proper instructions. They seemed put out as if this happens all the time. We were taken to the semi sub by a transport boat. The boat ride there and back was longer than we were on the semi sub. Many people went up top because they were motion sick being below with the rocking.

You'll see some fish and other marine life but you probably won't see a big exciting under water animal. It's a cool thing to try once just to say you did it.

Pretty cool experience. Sometimes hard to see stuff but when you do…it’s unbelievable. Such a neat thing to be able to see fish, turtles and marine life up close.

It was super fun and scenery is beautiful of course. My only complaint is that the windows were dirty so it was difficult to get good pictures. Also, if you get motion sickness AT ALL do NOT do this ride. If you don't, then it's well worth it!
