disappointing from the tour

We were disappointing from the tour in Antigua We ate quickly breakfast , in purpose to get in time to meeting point , but the guide had waited comfortably until 09:15.. We went to "Nelson's Dock" supposed to be a guided tour there no ? the guide took us to a corner , gave 5 words and dismiss us for 45 min "alone tour" Then we left there directly back to the port !! - supposed to be another 2 stops according your itinerary !! This is not the way to sell organized tour ! it waste of my money

Good morning Eyalhr, thank you for your feed back I have reviewed points. When we meet we had cleared up the misunderstanding very quickly regards to the National Parks fees when you checked your ticket. Our meet & pickup we wait 15mins for guests who arrive late, we do make known and check with arrived guests if this is ok, if any is not ok we will commence the tour. The National Park from my knowledge and interactions the National Parks guides provide an orientation of the Dockyard once this is complete guests are permitted to freely walk around points of interest at the Dockyard, I will pass on your feed back to the National Park, and keep you updated on their comments. I checked with my guide the Interpretation center was closed due to renovations so no visits permitted, a visit was made to the Block House. My apologies a visit was not made to Shirley Heights this should have been made. Also Betty's Hope is not part of this tour I have now updated. Thank you, Carl
