      A great way to spend a few hours. The Heineken experience was great learning about the history of the brewery. Samples were a bonus as well. The canal cruise was a little more than an hour and was a great way to see the city and relax.

      Heineken tour is brilliant and a fun experience! The boat trip is from central station so tram ride away from Heineken but liked there was no time given for boat so you could get on at whatever time suited. Audio was good we sat outside even though cold it was a nicer experience being outside!

      The Heineken tour was really great and refreshing. Recommended with 5 stars! Unfortunately the canal cruise was 10 minutes walk from Heineken, with no guiding signs, something we didn't know when ordering. The cruise was only 45 minutes and the boat wasn't equipped with basic facilities like a toilet (compared to other canal boats). Wouldn't recommend much, consider other companies.

      The tour is good value for the money spent, however the Heineken portion is like a 90-120 minute beer commercial all leading to the opportunity to buy branded merch in the gift shop. I guess to be expected when one tours a commercial enterprise. Just OK not great not horrible.

      The Heineken Experience was good fun, you came away knowing how the beer is made as they told you several times using different communication methods and approaches which was really quite clever. There were a lot of gimmicks - big video screens, touch sensitive music or image manipulation which really brought nothing to the tour but overall the experience was good. The canal trip does not go from opposite the factory on this tour so be prepared for a tram ride to the main station area and on this occasion a long queue although it moved quickly and we were on the boat in about 35 minutes. The boat trip was very interesting and a welcome break from walking around the city.

      The Heineken Experience was very interesting and there were several interactive events to take part in which made the Experience even better. We were taken through how Heineken is brewed and even given 3 glasses of Heineken to try for ourselves. The canal cruise which was part of the combi was taken on a different day to avoid rushing from the Heineken Experience. This made it more enjoyable as we could relax and take in the views. Two really good trips to do and would recommend Otha as ways of enjoying Amsterdam.

      Não gostei apenas que não foi avisado que o passeio de barco era longe da Heineken Experience , o combo dá impressão que o passeio é em frente e não é ! Ainda bem que programamos cedo porque para quem programar à tarde , corre o risco de não dar tempo de fazer o passeio de barco. A pé é mais de meia hora andando.
