10th Arrondissement Tours and Activities

What Brooklyn is to New York City, the 10th Arrondissement is to Paris. It's young and hip, and the perfect place to find restaurants, boutiques, and off-the-beaten-path bars. Many also pass through the 10th incidentally, hopping on a train from the Gare du Nord or the Gare de l'Est—two of the main train stations in Paris.
