We will head southwest along Provincial Route 86, enjoying the Cacheuta landscapes until we cross the tunnel that connects this town with Potrerillos. We will contemplate the wonderful view of the Cordón del Plata, Mendoza's main water source; and the picturesque Potrerillos Dam, a mirror of crystalline water in the middle of mountains. We will continue along this path, passing through tunnels and bridges, until we reach the town of Uspallata. Again we will make a strategic stop to get a better view of the Valley as a whole. Once we return to the route, the Aconcagua Provincial Park awaits us. There we will make a walk of approximately one hour, to the viewpoint of the Laguna de Horcones, where we can see the South Wall and the top of the highest hill in America. On the way back, we move a few kilometers, until we reach the “Puente del Inca”. Obligatory stop in this iconic place of our mountain range.

First stop will be the Potrerillos Dam, our water reserve, supplies the entire north axis of Mendoza, being used for irrigation, industries, human consumption. In Uspallata we will have a full breakfast to continue towards our next stop. Mount Aconcagua is the second highest peak in the world and the first in South America, depending on the present climate we can see it in all its splendor. From the base of the park we can see its eternal snows and take a slight walk to the viewpoints where you can capture the beauty of the colossus and all its context. On our way back we will make a stop at Puente del Inca, this beautiful geological formation contains several stories that deserve to be told and known by all, and it is one of the favorite places to take photos.

Ride the Route 7 mountain range, taking into account the majestic Andes Mountains. The first stop is at Potrerillos del Río Mendoza, which follows the road during the excursion. We continue traveling through a tunnel area and then into the Uspallata Valley, which separates the pre and the front ridge. Then we started up the high mountain road. We will reach Los Penitentes. We continue to travel the international route in a landscape framed by the Andean massif and bordering the old railway line. We arrive at Puente del Inca, a natural bridge with hot springs and a rich history. Then the mountains open to show Aconcagua, stop at the Mirador. Finally we come to the city of Las Cuevas and the weather permitting, we go to Christ the Redeemer. Lunch at the restaurant or option to make our own barbecue with chef.
