It was during an expatriation to Madagascar that Christiane and Alain, your producer hosts, discovered the incredible effects of Spirulina used there against malnutrition. After a few years of reflection and training, they finally decided to create a production farm for this blue-green alga at the end of 2018. Located in Torreilles, in the Pyrénées-Orientales, our two producers will warmly welcome you to make you discover the secrets of their Catalan Spirulina, from their pools to your plate.
