Rocky Mountain Park Experience
Our tour guide/driver Ryan (Aspire Tours) was fantastic. Really liked the small group, plenty of stops highlighting incredible scenic photo ops. Getting photo of huge male elk from <100 ft was definitely one of the highlights. Highly recommend this tour for first timers to RMNP.

Rocky Mountain National Park in Summer Tour from Denver
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour. Our tour guide, Richard, was a wealth of knowledge on the area and he made our trip so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area. It is definitely a must go back and see for us. Thank you for making our mother/daughter trip so memorable.

Hiking Adventure in Rocky Mountain National Park from Denver
The guide is nice and very knowledgeable, brought us to vie the best part of the Rocky Mountain national park. It would be even better if he can arrive 15 minutes before the trip scheduled time so we can leave on time.

Private Rocky Mountain National Park Driving Tour
Going up Old Fall River road without the worries of driving giving us the ability to take in all of the sites was priceless. Riley was very knowledgeable about the park. We saw several herd of elk, marmot and pika. This tour was the highlight of our trip to Colorado.

Steve L was a great guide! We had a family emergency back home while we were in the middle of the Rocky Mountains. Without disrupting everyone else’s experience he helped us know when we should have cell service to be able to call home and speak with the hospital staff about our child. The lunch was delicious. In the midst of everything going on back home he made it a wonderful experience!

Wildlife Tours in Rocky Mountain National Park
Interesting and informative day. We saw lots of wildlife (although can’t be promised) and Chad taught me to use binoculars. His considered everyone’s interests and adapted the tote to the group.

Hiking Adventure in Rocky Mountain National Park from Denver
Mike H. Was a fantastic guide and the hike couldn’t have been more memorable. The views were gorgeous, the hike itself was the right amount of duration and difficulty. I would highly recommend this for someone who loves to hike and has never been to the Rockies.

Things to Know Before You Go

  • Even summer’s mild temperatures drop in the evenings, so sweaters are worn year-round.

  • Wheelchair-accessible areas can be found throughout the park.

  • Inside the park there are two visitor centers: Fall River and Alpine.

  • Outside the park, visitor centers are located at Beaver Meadows, Kawuneeche, and Lily Lake.

When to Get There

Alpine wildflowers fill the valleys in spring, and cross-country skiers hit the slopes here in winter. Summer is the most popular time to visit—and thus the most crowded—but all seasons offer outdoor activities and access to unbridled nature.
