House of Hungarian Art Nouveau (Magyar Szecesszió Háza)
A time capsule of turn-of-the-century design, the House of Hungarian Art Nouveau (Magyar Szecesszió Háza is Budapest's only institution dedicated to showcasing and celebrating Secession-style art. The tiny gallery plays off the museum's 1903 building, and its furnishings and decorations immerse visitors in early 20th-century aesthetics.

The museum is housed in the House Bedo, a former family home and architectural pastiche blending Belgian Art Nouveau with conventional Hungarian design. The museum has a distinctive green façade, which is hard to miss if you're strolling here from Liberty Square along Honvéd Street (Honvéd Utca).
